1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time:

All orders
are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
FREE Shipping on All Orders to the United States!

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the  United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to be delivered.

Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, FBC Store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)
As we currently only ship within the United States, you will not incur any additional customs duties or import taxes.

Sales tax will be applied as required by state laws.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
FBC Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your order.
